Lily is 2 & a half and Jack is 10 months old!! Both very cheeky!!!

Hello everyone!
It has been a little while since our blog has been updated but here we are finally. Lily is 2 and a half (going 21yrs!) and Jack is 10 months old. We have been very busy lately getting ready for Daddy to go overseas on a mission trip to Zambia. But here are some things that have been going on before this.
'Daddy showed me how to catch circadas. I like bugs!' says Lily

'I love to smile and laugh! Mummy says I'm a very happy baby. But sometimes I don't like to smile at strangers......I'm a bit shy!' says Jack.

Lily likes to play with play doh so Daddy is helping. Jack just adores watching anything Lily is doing. He thinks she is funny and he gets so excited when he hears her voice or if she walks in the room. I must admit it's not hard to know she is close by! :)

'Look at me standing!'
Jack hasn't quite got the hang of crawling yet but he gets very frustrated not being able to move around. He rolls all over the place to get to where he wants to go. He is not far from crawling though.
'This is my Dar. He came to visit us for lunch one day.'

'Pa came to visit us too for 4 days. It was nice we went out for breakfast and went to the park. I got to play on the swings and see the ducks!' says Lily.

'Pa is lots of fun. He would sing with us and read us stories' Jack says.

'Jack and I love to play in boxes. Daddy gave us a box each. We pretend we are in airplanes and boats. It's lots of fun!' says Lily.

'I've got lots of teeth! I have 6 coming thru at once! It's a bit sore sometimes but it's easier to eat biscuits. I love food that starts with B - brocoli, bread, biscuits, beef and bananas!' says Jack.

Lily says, 'I like to help Mummy bake. We make cakes, muffins and pikelets. The best part is licking the spoons and bowls!'

Apparently I (Mummy) said to Daddy I wouldn't dress the kids up matching however, Nana made these outfits and I just couldn't resist. Aren't they just gorgeous!?

This is Lily's Tv face!

What a handsome bubby!

'I'm teaching Jack how to play with my toys' says Lil. Jack says, 'Stop taking the balls off me!'
The kids do play together but they have already started fighting over toys and time with Mummy and Daddy. It's hard to share!
'I love lollies!'
Bath time! They both adore their baths and like to play with each other in the bath too!

'This is my Granma!'
'I love to play with my cousins, Carter and Faith' says Lily.

What a big boy!
Pretty girl!

Special treat! 'Thanks Daddy!'
ahhh!

Silly billys!

'This was my first rusk stick.....yummy!'

'These are my friends Jenna and Holley.'
Lily's first dress up party. She was dressed as a bug - 'I'm a pretty butterfly!'

'This is craftworks. Mummy brings me here on Thursdays. I get to play with other kids, sing songs, learn about God and do craft while Mummy is next door doing craft with the ladies and Jack. I like it' says Lily.
What beautiful big eyes!
Cheeky girl!

'I love to help Daddy in the yard!'
'When Jack started to eat real food Mummy and Daddy let me feed him. He did a good job!'
'This is my friend Laura. Daddy was reading us a book. We love books.'

'This is my Nana and Pa'
'Mummy has been working hard with selling Avon to help raise money for Daddy to go over to Africa to help people. Daddy goes to work in the week. We brought a new car too. Mummy says it's a Nissan X-Trail. She loves it! Daddy loves it too. So do Jack and I because we can see everything out the windows.'
Lily is Miss Independent who loves to tell us what to do and run the schedule. She is a bright little girl and her words are coming along nicely. Jack is bubbly and happy but reserved with strangers. He can also get quite cranky when he doesn't get something he wants or Lily takes it away. They are both our joy and we feel very blessed to have 2 beautiful children.
Till next time.
Love the McDonalds.
